Hi Jake, It depends if it’s for everyone or for a specific person. If it’s for one specific person, just limit the coupon use to once, which is easy and built into our system. For the public, there’s no bulletproof mechanism yet. We may explore cookies, email tracking, IP + other digital fingerprinting, or a combination.
Hi, how to check the portal of customer subscription, they can manage easily to cancel subscription payment?
Every subscriber receives an email upon subscription containing a link to their customer portal to update payment methods, cancel plans, switch plans, etc. You can’t view this as a seller, but you can subscribe to your own plan using another email (and another browser) to see the customer portal.
Does Zylvie allow you to adjust the time frame on tracked sales for Affiliates to be more than 30 days? How do you track each affiliate?
We’ll see if we can add customization for the tracking period. As of now, all users accept a 30-day period. Affiliates have unique usernames and links for tracking. No option currently to pass Stripe fees to customers, and it’s not recommended due to potential lower conversions.
Can I put buy buttons on my existing sales pages?
Yes, many users embed buttons on their existing sites. All Zylvie tiers include embeddable checkouts. Users can checkout and pay in a popup cart window without leaving the site.
Can you create sales funnels, redirect after purchase, and use custom email autoresponders with Zylvie?
Yes, customers can be redirected to any URL after purchase. IPN protection isn’t available yet, and we’re considering adding it. Integration with Sendiio via Pabbly Connect is available for Tier 3 users. Welcome emails are handled by built-in emails (SMTP powered by Postmark/Active Campaign), no Amazon SES needed.
Can we do upsells and downsells? There is a product here called “fluXtore” that has similar capabilities.
Upsells are supported, but downsells aren’t available yet. Based on our funnel design, downsels don’t work as well, but we’ll study its feasibility.
This product looks promising. Are there good design options or just basic styles? Can I create bundles and manage multiple brands?
We’re improving design options and working towards a true store builder. Current focus is on conversion optimization. Yes, you can create product bundles, and brands are managed independently. We currently support cross-brand purchase via Categories, separate from Brands management.
I sell SaaS products and monthly subscriptions. How does subscribing work, and are there notifications and cancellation alerts?
Subscribers can get updates and alerts if you set them, as well as cancellation alerts via webhook. All payer information and renewals can be viewed and managed in your Stripe Dashboard.
What does “Sell subscription/SaaS products” mean for Tier 3? How is it different from lower tiers?
Tier 3 includes selling subscription/SaaS products, allowing you to charge customers monthly for a fixed amount until they cancel. Lower tiers include one-time, free, and pay-what-you-want models only.
Is it possible to manage multiple brands under one email? What’s the best workaround for selling branded setups to small creators?
You manage the brands yourself. One sub-account for limited use cases can be added manually but is subject to approval. This isn’t for reseller setups to avoid violating our Terms of Use.
Does it automatically send a receipt to my client? Does it include any way of making a receipt?
Yes, receipts are automatically sent to clients. Depending on how taxes are set up, Stripe may request VAT details, or taxes can be custom-added via Zylvie without needing VAT details.
Is it possible to embed the order form from Zylvie into my site? For example, using the embedded code on a WordPress site?
Yes, you can create an order form from Zylvie within your own site, including WordPress sites. An embeddable order form demo is available.
How can I use Zylvie to sell ad management services, lead magnets, and offer tiered memberships?
You can set up membership tiers and charge accordingly through a funnel. Zylvie charges 0% commission, and Stripe only charges their standard fee. Listed products appear on your store homepage, while unlisted products require a direct link for access.
