Can we use this application on a website using Shopify infrastructure to book single and group classes and events for customers?

Yes, you can embed your zcal booking page in any website (including Shopify).

When will Apple Calendar integration be available?

Apple Calendar integration is now in the product! You can connect your calendar by going to https://zcal.co/account/calendars.

Will custom domains be included in AppSumo plans once that feature is available?

We’re still looking into CNAME and SMTP – if we add support for CNAME and SMTP in the future, it’s possible we may offer them on a different tier. If we do, we will do another AppSumo campaign where you will have the opportunity to upgrade from your current tier.

Is there a plan to include options to send surveys to automate follow-ups like Calendly?

We currently rely on workflow automations for this, but adding this natively is something we are adding to our longer-term roadmap.

Can I cc myself in email reminders so I know the client has received them?

Currently, zcal does not have a feature to cc the organizer in email reminders sent to clients.

Does zcal integrate with Personal or Home Microsoft 365 Outlook accounts?

Yes, zcal integrates with both Personal and Business MS365 accounts. Note that Microsoft limits MS Teams integration to Business accounts.

Can the app automatically block off a period of time before and after an appointment once it’s scheduled?

Yes, you can learn more about our buffer times feature at https://help.zcal.co/invite-settings/buffer-times.

Will Zcal support iCal integration?

We don’t currently support iCal. This is something on our longer-term roadmap.

How do I customize email reminders?

You can customize email reminders by navigating to the reminders settings of your invite link and using the pencil icon to edit the content.

Do you plan to have SMS capability in the future?

Yes, SMS will be available on all tiers shortly.

Does zcal have a demo page where I can see how it looks like in practice?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a demo page yet, but it is definitely something we need to put out there soon!

Is there any plan for a mobile app or Chrome Extension?

We currently don’t have plans for a mobile app or Chrome extension. Our website is mobile-friendly, so you can do everything from your mobile browser.

Are there webhooks so I can start an automation after a booking?

Update: the webhooks feature is live! You can set up webhooks for you or your teams under the integrations tab.
