Hi, are there plans to include the ability to use your own company email address using your domain name?

Hi – this is something on our roadmap but not in the product yet.

I’m about to refund because I don’t see how Zcal branding can be removed from email scheduling confirmations. Is this possible?

Hi – this is something we are prioritizing on our feature map, currently it isn’t possible.

Do you plan to be fully GDPR compliant this year?

We follow all industry best practices when it comes to data privacy, storage, and transmission, however, we haven’t gotten any official certifications yet.

Is there a way to make the picture responsive?

Hi – when uploading a photo you can select the “focal point” of the photo. This is where the photo will be centered around for every screen size. We are looking into a fix for the description issue.

Which is the cost of an extra user?

Hi – each additional user past the amount purchased in the TLD will be priced at our normal subscription pricing.

Can we use this application on a website using Shopify infrastructure to book single and group classes and events for customers?

Yes – you can embed your zcal booking page in any website (including Shopify).

Do you plan to have SMS capability in the future?

Yes – SMS will be available on all tiers shortly.

I’m wondering if we can share a link to just one type of appointment, rather than the full calendar?

Yes, just like jsheldon mentioned, you can create multiple different calendar links to share out. Each can have its own availability setting and be embedded separately from each other.

Are webhooks available?

Hi – we currently support Zapier webhook integration. A more customizable webhook integration is a high priority item on our roadmap, it should be out there soon!

Can I cc myself as well, so I know the client has received the email reminders?

Currently, we don’t have a feature to CC yourself on email reminders directly from the platform.

Can I trigger creating a calendar event in zcal from an external call?

We are going to be adding in generic webhook support. If your tool of choice supports this, you’ll be able to use this for integrations.

On Calendly’s pro plan, they enable the owner to send out an automated and customizable thank you email for attending the meeting. Will you be creating that feature for your pro plan?

Yes, this is something we are going to add to the Pro plan in the future.

Can I add custom fields for user Booking?

Yes, you can up to 10 custom fields. Please see our tutorial on custom questions.
