How many users can I have?

For a Team account, you can have up to 10 users. This allows for seamless collaboration and sharing of designs within your team. If you need any further information or assistance with setting up your Team account, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help!

How many brand kits can I create? I assume I can custom make my own brand kits with my own brand hex codes?

You can create unlimited Brand Kits with VistaCreate Pro Plan! You can fully customize them with your own brand hex codes, logos, and fonts to match your unique style. This feature allows you to easily maintain brand consistency across all your designs. Let us know if you need any help setting up your Brand Kits!

Are any future updates included with this including AI features?

AI Features: We’re excited to share that we plan to launch an AI image generator in the near future! A certain number of AI image generations will be included as part of the Pro plan each month. Stay tuned for more details on this feature. Additionally, expanding color options in template kits is something we’re considering for future updates to provide even more customization for your designs. Thank you for your valuable input!

Does the social media publishing work for team accounts?

The social media publishing feature currently works for personal accounts, not team accounts. For team accounts, content must be manually exported from VistaCreate and then uploaded to Facebook, Instagram, etc. Let me know if you need further clarification!

This looks like a great platform. How many downloads a day are allowed?

With a VistaCreate Pro subscription, you can enjoy unlimited downloads per day, giving you the flexibility to create and save as many designs as you need. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help!

Is there a Background removal option in this deal & If yes, is there any limitations to it?

Yes, the Background Removal feature is included with the Pro plan in VistaCreate. There are no limits to its usage, so you can use it as much as needed for your designs. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!

Do you have automations for Bulk create your designs in VistaCreate with your own data?

Currently, VistaCreate doesn’t have a dedicated automation feature for bulk creating designs with your own data. However, we continuously work on improving the platform and exploring new features. I’ll make sure to pass along your suggestion to the team for future consideration.

Can I create logos with this product for my own use (not for resale to others)?

As for logos, you are welcome to create and download logos for your own use. However, please note that the commercial resale or redistribution of logos or any designs created on the platform as standalone items is not permitted, as outlined in our licensing terms.

Is there any way we can use this in Dark mode?

Currently, VistaCreate does not offer a dark mode option, and the default light theme is the only available setting. However, we truly appreciate your feedback and suggestion. Canva has now incorporated a lot of Ai tools and Im wondering what AI tools have you added?

VistaCreate is preparing to launch AI image generator features soon, which will allow you to create unique visuals with the help of artificial intelligence. As part of the Pro plan, you’ll have access to a set number of image generations each month. We’re excited to roll out this feature and will share more details soon!

How many members can I invite to my team? How many seats?

With a Pro Plan account, you can create a team and invite up to 10 members. These members can have Starter accounts; you only need to send an invite so they can collaborate on designs and use Pro features within the team without needing a paid plan.

Do you have a roadmap that shows upcoming features?

Thank you for your interest in VistaCreate! At the moment, we don’t have a publicly available roadmap for upcoming features, but we’re always working to improve and add new tools. We do take user feedback into consideration when planning updates and encourage you to share any ideas you may have with us.

As a designer, can I create templates for my clients and send them a link to copy and edit the template?

As a contributor, you can submit your designs and get paid, and once approved, your templates will be shared in the Creative Assets library for others to use. For regular Pro users, while you can’t directly share templates within the platform, you can export your project and share it externally with others.

Is it possible to sell designs created in VistaCreate?

If by “images” you mean the designs you created in VistaCreate, yes, you can! All the licensing policies can be found on our site. Remember, designs should always be part of a project and selling images as standalone products is not allowed.
