This feature is not yet available in Trafft, but it is something we’re considering for future updates.

SMS functionality is included, but you have to purchase credits separately. Prices per SMS segment vary by country. There are no free SMS credits with any tier.

Does Trafft offer a commission-based payment structure?

Trafft is currently developing a commission feature to calculate and distribute earnings, but it does not yet directly support a commission-based payment structure.

Can employees manage their own schedules in Trafft?

Employees can connect their personal calendars and see their appointments, but all scheduling is managed through the admin dashboard and employee schedules need to be set by an admin.

The agency tier allows you to manage multiple client accounts, each with its own booking website. You can configure custom domains, enable or disable features per client, and resell Trafft as your own product.

Is Trafft suitable for non-appointment businesses like rentals or event bookings?

While Trafft is primarily designed for appointment-based services, once the packages and resources features are implemented, it may be more suitable for other types of bookings.
