How do I leave the phone number selected in my country (Brazil)?
Hello marcelo726 Thank you for your question! In TidyCal we do not use any settings to localize the phone number and instead we use automatic localization so your bookers will get the country code in the time zone they are in and will be offered the country code based on the computer and browser settings. Please note that if your clients use any VPN’s, the phone number’s country will get set to the server location they are connected to via their VPN settings. With kind regards, Team Originals

While you may edit two email reminders for each individual booking type you have in your TidyCal account, the current version of TidyCal does not include the “edit confirmation email” feature yet. Can clients cook in online? Can you offer various services? Or types of meetings that would be in person? Would the client get a notification by email and or text message for their appointment?

You can definitely use TidyCal for meeting people in person, using the custom location, which can be provided either by the client at the time of the booking or by you in the settings before the booking. What is meant by ’10 calendar connections’?

Notifications in TidyCal are sent automatically and periodically, which means that TidyCal will send the first notification at the time the booking is created to you and your booker, while the two email reminders will be sent to all based on your settings in the specific booking type. Hello Mark_Salden, Thank you for your email. At this time, you cannot completely remove the “Powered by TidyCal” branding. We never offered complete removal of the branding from the booking pages and booking types or embed content; we always offered reduced branding. (see ☝ License Tier 1 features above.) This is something we also discuss often, and it is something we are looking into changing in the future; however, we do not have exact dates when non-branding or non-label versions could be available for our lifetime users. Is SMS notification for appointments supported?
At this time, SMS reminders aren’t available in TidyCal, but we’re always working to improve the platform, so this could be something we add in the future. For now, you can use our email reminders, which are sent twice before meetings to help keep everyone on track. Stay tuned for updates!
