How can I assign a specific team member to a specific project as an account manager?
Right now, all team members have the same access level. This is going to change in the coming weeks as we’re working on a new roles & permissions system which allows for granular access to projects.
Can I integrate and place some code from another AppSumo deal?
We’re considering more API integrations in the future, or even the ability to add <script></script> embeds and widgets, but no precise timeline for now.
Is it possible to assign different roles to different users in the software?
When you invite a new Team Member you can assign a role: Admin, Project Manager or Member. Depending on their role they’ll have different permissions.
Are client portals per client or can multiple clients access the same portal?
You can have multiple client contacts within the same client – keeping in mind that they all can see everything you share within that one client. Each project is assigned to a single Client Organization and each Client Contact sees the projects they are a part of.
Is there a limit to how many clients I can have in the portal?
There is no limit on the number of Projects, Client Organizations, or Client Contacts you can create. You would need multiple licenses for multiple brands, but clients and projects remain unlimited in the current setup.
What happens if I reach my storage limit?
You will be notified when your storage is about full and you will get an offer for different top up options.
Do you have an ETA for multiple language support?
Translations with languages like Spanish, Portuguese, and French are coming up shortly. We intend to start offering this in the coming month.
How does your tool compare to Basecamp?
Our strongest USP over Basecamp and other tools is the level of customization we offer, the white labeling via custom domains, and the client-centric approach to designing the product.
Can I create knowledge articles that apply to multiple clients?
Having one Shared Knowledge Base you can use in every project would make things easier when you have common help content you want to share with most of your clients.
Is there an option for legally binding digital signatures?
We currently do not have e-signatures. This is something we are considering for our roadmap.
Do you integrate with Zapier or similar tools for automation?
We are working on building integrations with Zapier/Pabbly and others, but it’s a very delicate feature and we want to make sure we get it right.
Can I embed video within the platform?
Of course, you can upload any file as long as it’s under 125MB. Videos are available for download; embedded videos can be linked through services like Vimeo/YouTube.
Can I give multiple admin rights for different users?
With Tier 3, all your teammates have edit rights. We don’t yet support roles & permissions for outside collaborators/contractors/etc., but this is something we will be implementing soon.
How are media files handled in terms of language and legal considerations?
Local language support is on our roadmap along with more comprehensive region-based compliance considerations such as data storage and handling specifics.
