Is API access included in any of the AppSumo tiers?

No, the API is not included in any of the AppSumo tiers — including Tier 4. The API is currently in closed preview and will be available later as a separate offering.

Does choosing personal or professional use during signup affect my features or plan?

Choosing between personal or professional use during signup is just for understanding user demographics. It does not affect features, access, or plan in any way.

Is the API consumption included in these LTDs?

API access is not included in any of the current plans — whether LTD or standard. It’s a separate service we’re still refining before opening up more broadly.

Can I train a custom model for my logo on Seelab?

Logo training is not currently supported by our existing model templates. We’re happy to consider your use case and check for creative workarounds or alternatives.

What do team members get in Tier 3 and Tier 4? Can they access custom models and credits?

Team management is part of our roadmap and currently, invited users can’t access shared models/credits. This feature will be available soon.

Why is there quality loss after image cleaning?

Currently, editor tools work at a maximum of 2048px, which causes quality drops. We’re working on improvements to the upscaler and integrating image generation and upscale credits for flexibility.

Where can I see how many credits I have remaining?

We plan to add credit visibility to the main interface header, simplifying the credit system to unify image-related credits.

Does Flux Kontext require additional credits for image generation?

One image generation will still cost just 1 credit with the Flux Kontext update, and we aim to keep the credit system simple.

Can I create cartoon-style avatars with Seelab?

You can select your model and describe the style in the prompt or use the mix model feature to combine your avatar with Seelab’s style models.

Can I change the style of my image to match my custom style?

Yes, you can use AI editor and custom model inpainting or image-to-image features to do that.

Will future features be available for Tier 3 and Tier 4? Are there any that will not be included?

While future features requiring high GPU usage may not be part of the deal, functionality improvements like Flux Kontext integration will be included.

Can I generate consistent characters and styles in animation stories with Seelab?

Yes, you can train one custom model per character or additional environment/style models and use our model mixer for scenes.

Can I invite customers to share resources and feedback on Seelab?

Currently, collaboration requires each user to have their subscription. We plan to implement collections for easy sharing and feedback.

Is the image generation cost the same for any Seelab model?

Yes, it’s a fixed price per image, regardless of the model used.
