You can add unlimited coaching programs and content. There are no specific submission limits for text characters or PDF pages.
How customizable is the white-label version regarding fonts, colors, and UI elements?
You can tweak button colors, infotext color, navigation and background colors, logos, app icon, avatar name, and all images and icons for your programs and content. However, you cannot change the font.
Does the AI support multiple languages, and if so, which ones?
Multi-language support is scheduled for November 2024. The supported languages will include American English, British English, Castilian Spanish, German, Italian, Hindi, Russian, French, European Portuguese, Korean, Japanese and Turkish.
How many users can be assigned in T3 and T4? What are the costs for additional users?
T3 includes 25 users, and T4 includes 50 users. Additional users start at US$10 per seat per month, with discounts available for bulk purchases of seats.
Can I reuse user seats by assigning and reassigning them to different users over time?
Yes, you can remove a seat from a user and assign it to another user at any time.
Can multiple coaching programs be created under one domain?
You can create multiple programs and unlimited content within your white-label domain. However, you can include only one brand per domain.
Is voice support available, and can content be delivered via voice chat in the future?
The app already supports voice input, and you can set a voice in the chat. Additional voice features may be added in the future.
Is the branding fully white-labeled in T3, and can I use my custom domain?
All Rocky branding is removed in T3 and T4. You can link your own domain with an optional purchase of $120 per year.
Can Tier 3 white-label users upload their content, and how is the ownership and privacy of the uploaded content managed?
Yes, you can upload and manage your own content. Your content remains private and is not shared with any GenAI system. It stays exclusive to your white-label version and users.
What kind of learning materials can be uploaded by Tier 3 users?
You can upload articles, videos, images, and coaching questions. PDF and PPT import features are planned for release in September 2024.
Can Rocky.ai be used to coach users in different fields other than soft skills?
The current content is focused on soft skills and personal development. However, you can customize it to better fit other specific fields by adding your own content.
How does the Coach Panel help in managing users and their progress over time?
The Coach Panel provides insights into user progress, current mood levels, key topics, and sentiments. It also allows you to set reminders and notifications for users.
Are users able to interact with each other in groups, and do you plan to add group chat functionalities?
Team interaction and group chat functionalities are being developed and will be available in the future. For now, teams can be managed by coaches through the Coach Panel.
