Is the 3-month rollover window recurring?

Unused credits will roll over for the first 3 months on the Lifetime Deal. After that, credits reset monthly. From Month 4 onward, your balance resets to your monthly allotment credits, with no additional rollover beyond the initial 3 months.

Can I move my “personal” workspace to the team plan?

Yes, we can move your history from “Personal” to the “Team Workspace” and you can continue using the Tier2 – Team workspace plan. Please reach out to us at support@qolaba.ai with the email you used in the platform, we will migrate your data.

How many credits are used for each operation?

Credits are used based on the model you select for operations like chat, image creation, video creation, and text-to-speech. For example, GPT-4.1 nano uses 0.12 credits per 1,000 words, and ImageGen 4 uses 4 credits per image. More details are available in your model selection window.

What is the context window limitation for the LTD?

The total context window (input + output combined) for models like Gemini 2.5 Pro is up to 1 million tokens. However, the maximum output per single response is around 6,000 tokens.

Are 5,000 credits in Tier 4 shared across all users?

Yes, the 5,000 credits in Tier 4 are shared across all users, not per member. There’s currently no individual cap, but we’re working on a feature that lets admins set limits per user.

Can I use agents outside Qolaba?

You can create and use agents inside Qolaba, but currently, you can’t deploy them externally. This is being considered for future updates.

Will monthly credits increase with the evolving AI models?

As AI evolves, most models are becoming more cost-efficient, and we aim to adjust credits proportionally. If monthly plans become more generous, LTD credits will increase in the same proportion to maintain value.

Can I use 30% of Tier 4 credits as API credits?

Yes, Tier 4 users will soon be able to use up to 30% of their credits via API. This update will be reflected on the AppSumo deal page shortly.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You can always top up your credits based on your needs. Options start at 2,500 credits for $25, allowing you to extend your usage as necessary.

Are all future features and updates included for all users?

Yes, all future features and model updates will be included for all users, without exception.

How does Qolaba compare to Straico?

Qolaba can be considered an alternative to Straico, with added areas like no-code AI agent builder, team collaboration features, and regular community feedback implementation.

Are there any restrictions on using Qolaba’s API with 100% credits?

Right now, the current LTD on AppSumo is for Qolaba Studio only. API access isn’t officially part of this deal. Separate API credits will be provided when the API platform launches.

Is there a feature to set credit limits per team member?

Currently, there’s no option to set monthly credit limits for individual team members or workspaces. However, it’s a feature we’ve been discussing internally, and it’s on our radar as we expand team controls.

What file types are supported and size limits?

Supported file types include .txt, .pdf, .docx for documents; .csv, .xlsx for data files. The file size limit is up to 200MB for document formats.

Is there a limit on Text to Speech conversion?

You can generate up to 5,000 characters per request. It uses 1 credit for every 15 characters of text converted to audio. Long articles can be converted into audio by splitting them into chunks.
