A “user” in Notch refers to a team member who has access to manage spaces, collaborate on documents, and utilize platform features. Clients and external signees do not count as users.
Does Notch support multiple reminders for signees?
Currently, Notch doesn’t support multiple or scheduled reminders for signees, but we understand how helpful this feature would be. It’s something we’re considering for future updates.
Is there a plan to support the Korean language?
At the moment, we do not have specific plans for supporting the Korean language. However, we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue expanding our language support in the future.
Can I create custom reusable blocks of content?
Currently, it’s not possible to save reusable blocks of content instead of complete templates. However, we recognize how useful this feature would be.
