Can we use multiple CNAMEs to each clients with 1 license?

We are rolling out CNAMEs soon and after a lot of discussions with Sumo-lings, we’ve decided to roll out multiple Organization/workspace creations as well. I’ll see if we can get different CNAMEs to be attached to each workspace. I don’t see why not πŸ™‚

Could we integrate our SocketLabs SMTP server for internal communications, notifications, and email delivery?

Yes you can! SMTP feature is going live today so you can definitely integrate it πŸ™‚

Will you add text box (not for questions), images (not for questions), videos (not only YouTube), save as draft, pages or sections, conditional logic, logo, image background, possibility of having fields at variable widths?

Can the CRM system integrate with Zoho email and allow each team member to add their own email for integration? Does it support email tracking and WhatsApp integration?

Not unless you use a PaaS. We don’t have a native integration with Zoho but WhatsApp messages can be sent via the NinjaPipe app on WhatsApp but we are soon enabling connecting your own business account as well.

How far out is your integration with Make.com? Will it be available by the end of the year?

It will be available by September! We are coming out with an Activepieces integration and then an integration with Make immediately after πŸ™‚

How many languages does this app support? What are they?

Currently it’s only available in English but this is a priority to us moving forward as we welcome users from different regions. Our Android and iOS Apps will be the first to get language support and then our web will get it after that as well.

its only for the monitoring or its the CRM portal itself?

It’s the CRM portal itself.

Can we add contacts to groups or add labels to them, and view only the ones in a particular group? Can we save these filtered contacts as quick access groups?

You definitely add labels to contacts but you are right about having a quick filter to see them easily. Let me add a priority to that in our backlog so we can ship that fast.

Can we 2-way sync with Google Calendar? If so, can we select multiple calendars within the same Google account?

Currently the calendar feature is being reworked and we’ll ship out a better version. I’ll make a note of this and implement a 2-way sync.

is there a way to get unlimited workspaces?

We are rolling out a Workspace feature after requests from Sumo-lings. The limits are yet to be decided but I’ll keep you posted! πŸ™‚

In Tier 2, when it says 10,000 task management, 10,000 quotes and invoices, 10,000 dealsβ€”is that per month or the total for all time?

The quotes/invoices are monthly resets so you get new quota every month. The deals and tasks are total for lifetime.

Is this a bespoke solution or is this a white label of another software or a script?

It’s built from ground up to stand alone and it’s not a white label. The mobile apps and web apps and pretty everything you see was a ground-up development over 2 years.

Could you tell us a bit more about the company? How many on staff? How long has the company been established?

We are currently a team of 12 operating from Australia, Canada, and Sri Lanka. We’ve been in business for 2 years and we are sustainable and stable with our monthly recurring revenue. We are hitting $20K-$30K MRR and slowly but steadily growing πŸ™‚

What are the details regarding SMS? Is a phone number included or do we have to purchase one from you?

You can bring your own phone number integration from Twilio currently and connect it to your automations. We don’t provide a phone number from NinjaPipe.
