Do you have built-in email verification? Or do we need to use a 3rd party service to verify the emails we export?

Currently, we don’t have built-in SMTP verification, so we recommend using a third-party service for this. We are planning to add a verification process or verify our entire database (140M), but it will take some time to build.​

Do you have a public roadmap that we can view?

We don’t have a shareable UI roadmap yet, but I’ve summarized our main short-term priorities:
1. We’re a data company, and our #1 priority will be to further increase the coverage of our data, contacts, and frequency of updates.
2. Companies Search and advanced search mechanics (like negative keywords, boolean searches, etc)
3. Adding hiring/job openings data to our offering.
4. Sign-Up by email+password, not only Gmail

Why are you charging credit for email reveal and then download?

You won’t be charged twice for revealing and exporting the same contact; this set of actions will use only 1 credit. Please refresh the page after export to see the correct number of credits.

Can we import a list of companies and then find contacts for these?

Hey, thanks for your feedback! Currently, we don’t have this feature, but we’re planning to implement it in the future, it’s already in our feature requests list 👌

How many company/lead profiles in USA?

Is it possible to collect the addresses of the companies?

Yes, it’s possible. While we don’t provide exact addresses, we do include City + State information. To include this in your export, please mark the “Include all fields” checkbox during the exporting process in the CSV modal.

Can I purchase three licenses? Also, what API does the higher level integrate with?

You may need to purchase licenses from three different AppSumo accounts, but I recommend checking with AppSumo support to confirm this.

How does the data get updated?

We update our data in batches on a monthly basis, as tracking actual job titles is critical for our product. We have resources in place for monthly recollections and updates. Regarding the 140M contacts, we have about 300M emails in our data lake, but some are outdated. Therefore, we serve around 190M emails to our clients, ensuring they are relevant and fresh. So answering your question – we constantly work on recollections & updates to serve the most relevant data

How big is your database in Australia?

Are these LinkedIn people? Are you providing direct dial numbers?

No connection to D&B. Our data comes from public sources, such as LinkedIn public pages, social media, 3rd party data partners, etc. Some percent of profiles are covered with direct dial numbers (approximately 30M), but our main focus is working & personal emails.

If i buy the top tier package, is this just for 30k of leads or 30k leads every month?

Hi, it will be 30K leads every month, not one-time. Yes, this is a Lifetime Deal.

Will this system work if I am looking for companies with at least 1000 users (of laptops, other IT equipment) as my company provides IT Asset Disposal Services in the US and Canada?

I’ve just checked – you can use the filter by headcount size and select the 1000+ employees option, specify the country as the United States and Canada, and test the industry and job title keywords filters (for example, job title “IT Asset,” “IT Assets Management”). This will give you a bunch of leads to start with 🙂

How many leads in Europe / Spain?

Yes, Muraena covers Europe. We have 3M profiles in Spain, and a total of 33M European profiles.

How often is your database updated?

Our database is updated monthly, with new contacts added every month 🙂
