Am I doing something wrong, or is rendering really so slow on medium hardware?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Here’s a more detailed breakdown of what you can expect regarding rendering times based on different hardware plans:

Typical Render Times for Flux Schnell on ComfyUI

Medium (T4 16GB VRAM | 16GB RAM): On Medium hardware, more complex workflows like Flux Schnell can take around 10-15 minutes to render. The VAE decoding might take up to a minute or more on this tier due to the limited VRAM and processing power.

Large (A10G 24GB VRAM | 16GB RAM): Typically, the same workflow could be reduced to around 5-8 minutes. VAE decoding should also speed up, likely staying under 30 seconds.

Large-Pro (A10G 24GB VRAM | 32GB RAM): Rendering times are even faster, completing in about 3-5 minutes. VAE decoding should take roughly 10-20 seconds.

Ultra (L40S 48GB VRAM | 32GB RAM): Rendering times for Flux Schnell could be as quick as 2-3 minutes, with VAE decoding taking just a few seconds.

El saldo de cada mes se pierde si no se consume en su totalidad o se acumula para el mes siguiente?

El saldo mensual no se acumula. Si no utilizas todo tu saldo dentro del mes, este se perderá cuando se te otorgue el nuevo saldo al comenzar el siguiente mes.

Si se compra nivel 2 o 3 el acceso es para un solo usuario o existe en alguno de los planes algo como equipo para integrar a otros usuarios?

El acceso en los niveles 2 y 3 es para un solo usuario. No contamos con una opción de equipo en estos planes, por lo que no es posible integrar a otros usuarios para trabajar en paralelo o de manera colaborativa.

Could you please explain how the session billing works? Is there a plan for Ideogram 2?

When you start a session on MimicPC, you’re charged based on the time your session is active, not the number of images you create. Whether you generate 5 images or 20 within that hour, the cost remains the same. Ideogram 2 is currently not available on MimicPC.

Is it possible to use MimicPC if I don’t have any experience?

MimicPC is designed to be user-friendly, even for beginners. We provide guides and tutorials, have a supportive community on Discord, and offer pre-configured tools ready to use.

If you increase or decrease your prices in the future, what will happen? Do you charge by the second?

If we change our hourly rates in the future, the monthly credit you receive will still be applied, but the amount of usage time may change. Any additional usage after the credit is exhausted will be charged based on the current hourly rate. We bill by the minute, not by the second.

Does the generation of the content fall under your Terms of Use or the Open Source Licensing? Can we change the AI models?

The content generated on MimicPC is subject to our platform’s Terms of Use, but the AI models themselves are governed by their Open Source licenses. Yes, you can change the AI models within the supported applications on MimicPC.

How does the billing work for configuration time? Do monthly gifts expire?

Time spent on configuration counts towards your usage. Monthly gifts do expire; if you don’t use the gift balance within the month, it will be cleared when the new monthly gift is credited.

Can I use MimicPC as a general-purpose cloud PC?

MimicPC is optimized for AI applications and GPU-intensive tasks, not for general-purpose cloud PC tasks.

What happens if I upgrade my tier? Will I get additional storage?

Upgrading tiers increases your available usage time but does not automatically provide additional storage. We currently offer an additional 50GB of storage as a promotional offer via Discord.

What rendering times can I expect for different hardware plans?

The rendering times vary by the hardware. For example, on the Medium plan, more complex workflows can take 10-15 minutes; on the Ultra plan, the same workflow could be as quick as 2-3 minutes.

What is the size of your team?

The MimicPC project is managed by a dedicated team of about 50 members within a large organization of around 1,000 employees worldwide.

Do hours of usage carry over to the next month?

Unfortunately, unused monthly hours do not carry over to the next month. Each month, your account is reset with a new allocation of hours.

Is it possible to run multiple apps simultaneously?

Yes, but the hours of usage refer to the time an app is activated. If you have 3 apps running, it will count as 3 hours of usage for each hour, even if you’re not actively using them.
