Our core offering provides person-level identification with the visitor’s full name, email, LinkedIn profile URL, phone number, etc.

If we reach our credit limit, do we get billed separately for additional contacts/companies verified?

If you reach your credit limit, identification services pause for the remainder of the billing period. You can upgrade your plan or buy extra credits separately to continue identifying visitors.

What happens when I hit the monthly credits?

You can buy more credits via live chat. The chatbot will continue to work, but its identification features will pause till new credits are bought or the cycle refreshes.
