Do the 15 workspaces eat up our allowance? If we have 15,000 contacts and we assign workspaces to clients, do they each get 15,000 or is it shared?

The 15,000 contacts would be shared among all workspaces, they do not get replicated for every workspace.

Can we automate liking every post of around 10 profiles?

Currently, liking every single post ever shared or posted isn’t automated. You’ll have to manually like the posts.

Can we replace our cold email platforms like Instantly, Snovio with Leadfwd.ai? Can we upload large lead lists?

You certainly can. The platform has features for cold email and supports large lead lists. More details at: Leadfwd Email Outreach.

Are there plans to integrate GHL (Go High Level) any time soon?

No current plans for GHL integration. However, if High Level supports webhooks, you might achieve integration using webhooks.

Can I have examples of sales triggers and workflows? We run a recruitment agency.

Can I contact leads using only LinkedIn? Is exporting leads from LN possible without using email credits?

You can export only LinkedIn data by selecting the option to skip the Email Finder. Our next release will allow syncing LinkedIn profiles without email values, making pure LinkedIn Sequences easier.

Does Leadfwd support French or other languages?

The UI does not offer localization, but any language can be used in your messaging and outreach.

Does lead scoring work without Visitor ID?

Yes, lead scoring can be used without Visitor ID. Visitor ID may be added to Pro accounts in the future, pending privacy regulations.

How do workspaces and Agency Edition function? Can I manage employee profiles?

Workspaces are unique sub-accounts for various purposes like clients, teams, etc. Pro plans allow team management where employees have their own login access and roles.

Can I push data from Airtable to Leadfwd and start a campaign?

Yes, you can push contacts from Airtable using Make and our Inbound Webhook connector, similar to our HubSpot example: Airtable to Leadfwd.

How many Voice Messages are allowed in each Tier? Can Leadfwd automatically connect with leads on LinkedIn?

Voicemail drop credits start at Tier 3, ranging from 200 to 1000 credits. Automation for targeting leads on LinkedIn is possible via our LinkedIn extension.

How do the email finder limits and contact management work for Tier 4 and Tier 5?

Email finder credits are for the entire account and shared across all workspaces. With Tier 5, the contact limit extends to 30,000.

How many cold emails can I send monthly with Tier 1? Can I switch LinkedIn accounts?

Leadfwd doesn’t set mail volume limits but abide by best practices and provider limits. Switching LinkedIn accounts is possible in our browser extension.

How do tiers handle contact limits? Is the 1000 or 3000 contacts monthly?

Contact limits refer to active contacts at one time. Inactive contacts don’t count against your limit. More explained in this Loom demo.

How do clients connect their LinkedIn accounts to leadfwd.com in an agency plan?

Clients only need to log in to LinkedIn and open our Chrome Extension. Each client workspace sharing resources with the master account.
