Can I add and use my own voice for voiceovers?

Currently, we are working on introducing the feature to use your own voice for narrations, which should be available in the next two weeks. We are also planning to add more customization options.

Is there a limit on the custom domains in Tier 3?

Currently, Tier 3 includes one custom domain. However, we understand the need for more flexibility and are considering increasing this limit. Stay tuned for more updates.

Can I record desktop applications?

Currently, our product is optimized for recording Chrome-based applications and web content. However, we are actively developing a desktop application that will support recording non-Chrome-based applications, including desktop applications, by Q4.

Is HTML embed possible?

Yes, HTML embed is possible. Using an HTML embed code, you can embed interactive demos, tours, or guides on your website.

Do you support languages other than English for AI voiceovers?

Currently, our voiceover feature supports only English. However, with an update next week, we will add support for 10 more languages, including Spanish, French, German, Chinese, and Japanese.

Is it possible to upload an existing video and make it interactive?

We do not support uploading an existing video to make it interactive with guide tips. However, this is a feature we’re considering for future updates.

How many workspaces and users are included in Tier 3?

Tier 3 includes 10 users. Each workspace in Tier 3 supports one custom domain. Multiple workspaces and more user functionalities are planned for future updates.

Can I create guides in languages other than English?

We currently support French for AI Voiceovers, which will be available this week. The support for AI Content in multiple languages, including French, is in the works and will be available soon.

Can I download guides as PDFs?

Exporting guides as PDFs is a feature our users have been eagerly requesting, and we aim to roll it out within the next couple of weeks.

What is the use case for the custom domain feature?

Custom domains help with branding by using your domain instead of ours. This customization allows you to share your projects with users/clients using your domain, adding a layer of professionalism and brand consistency.

What is the branch feature used for?

The advanced branching feature allows you to create multiple paths within a demo based on user interactions or choices, making the demo more interactive and personalized.

Can I add transitions between slides?

Yes, we are actively working on adding more dynamic and smoother transitions between slides. This will be available in the upcoming updates.

Is it possible to set the default pan and zoom animation to be more subtle for all slides?

We know the need for more control over pan and zoom animations and are working to resolve this issue. We aim to roll out these improvements within the next two weeks.

Do you support multi-language guides and voiceovers?

We plan to support other languages, including Italian, in the next few weeks.

Can I use Layerpath for creating videos for social media platforms?

Currently, we record whatever dimension your browser is set to, but we do not support exporting in different sizes. We can consider this for our future roadmap.
