Hello, I want to specialize the brand to focus on a certain industry. Since it would require more AI usage, BYOK would be needed and whitelabeling. Would the agency be needed if I plan to do the work for clients or is agency better to let the client do the work themselves?

Agency is only suited if you wish to provide dashboard access to your customers under your own branding & payment collection. They would pay directly to you using your Stripe account. The Agency ltd is available for $1519 until Sunday.

Is the WhatsApp business integration with business cloud?

Yes, we use GPT models from OpenAI. Yes, you can also your own keys by purchasing the BYOK pack as an add-on which also removes our platform limits.

Are you able to capture UTM’s like gclid for example, so we can send lead data from Google Ads traffic to our CRM?

This is indeed in our internal roadmap to be able to pass custom keys & values at the time of chatbot initialization.

some questions about WORDS limit: 1. If there are duplicate words, does it count as a new word or it keeps duplicate words as new ones? 2. If I have a business in 4 languages, do I have to import all the words in those 4 different languages or only in 1 language is enough? 3. I have 2000 products to sell, do I have to import all those products in CSV / XLS and each word in the description count? and it needs to be imported in all languages?

1. Words are counted by whitespace delimiter. If they repeat, it will be counted twice. 2. You would need to train with only 1 language, that’s the beauty of GPT models that they work on context. 3. Yes, each word in the description will be counted. Need to be imported only in 1 language.

People with WL will have access to apps/tools. Currently, they use our branded tools but soon they will have the ability to add their own 3rd party keys to rebrand them. We’re considering mapping the WL to our Diamond plan (which will be our effective Agency/Enterprise plan). We don’t want to be creating lot of different structures but keep it simpler moving on.

Automation or Sequence builder is already a work in progress 🙂 This will bring out the real value of having multiple Tools that can be used along with 2 modes of communication with the users i.e., text & voice!

For voice agents, when they mispronounce certain words, is there a way to train it on proper pronunciation of those?

Currently, there’s no way to fine-tune the pronunciation. However, we request to match the voices properly during the setup so to ensure that it picks the local dialects.

Hi, I want to know if I can use Insight Tier 1 for my clients’ subaccounts inside GHL? Or do I need an agency plan to add insight to subaccounts in GHL?

The Tier 1 is limited to 10 bots. If you plan to onboard several customers, you may opt for a higher Tier. We plan to provide GHL integration included for a limited time to our early adopters and then move to subscription-based.

Are the voice seconds monthly or one-time?

Voice seconds are renewed monthly.

If I give it a website URL, will it spider the subdirectories?

Yes, our crawler will get subdirectories from the same domain.
