The current version doesn’t support subfolders for collections. An Android app is in development.

Can I share our collections page as a webpage where the public can view it?

Currently, there is no direct way to share collections with non-users, but you can make collections public for other IKI users to discover and explore.

Are files uploaded to the IKI platform encrypted? Can anyone from the IKI team access these files?

No, your files remain encrypted and private. No one from the IKI team can access your files without your permission.

Does your platform use end-to-end encryption of notes and other content added?

Yes, the platform uses end-to-end encryption, ensuring your content remains secure and private.

Is it possible to upload directly EPUBs without converting them to plain text?

At the moment, the EPUB format is not supported, but it is already on our list of requests for data formats.

How do I add and manage users in Tier 2 or higher?

Team spaces are being developed and are expected to be released soon, which will allow user management. Currently, only the team owner needs a subscription, and all account members share common limits specified by the Tier conditions.

How can IKI compare two different PDFs and present a table of comparison?

Iki does not currently support direct PDF file comparisons.

Will future AI models be supported for AppSumo licenses, and which can we choose?

Yes, if AI models are added for included features within your Tier. Options include GPT-4o, GPT-4o-mini, and Claude 3.5 Sonnet.

Can the Research Assistant draft a weekly article that highlights major news topics?

The Research Assistant can be used for this purpose, creating cohesion from multiple sources on a single topic. It’s in training for similar use cases.

Is it possible to upload scientific papers and have IKI analyze the references?

IKI suggests related materials to selected articles or specific parts you are working with, but finding and citing related articles isn’t currently supported.

Can I specify a domain for searching the web?

This is not currently available, but we are considering it as a potential future feature.

When will the transcription issue for YouTube be resolved?
