You can create multiple AI chatbots with Humata based on your own file data. There is no limit to the number of chatbots you create.
Can I upload an unlimited number of files?
Yes, you can upload an unlimited number of files; the number of pages you can upload each month depends on which plan you select.
Is there a way to limit the number of queries per month for individual members or teams?
The number of questions is shared between users on the monthly quota. This renews every month.
Will Google Drive be able to be imported in the future?
Yes, that’s something we are currently considering to add to the roadmap. You can upload website links right now.
Is there a limit on the size of files uploaded?
For a single file, the limit is around 2,500 pages or 100MB. This varies depending on the content of the file.
What LLM is being used to power Humata?
Humata leverages GPT-4o.
Can the web embed be customized, like with our own logo and branding?
The web embed can be customized to include your own branding, such as your logo and tailored settings. This is currently available only on Enterprise plans.
How are pages calculated if I upload websites?
We count pages not characters. You can get an approximate number of pages by doing File > Print > Save As PDF for a webpage.
Can users set a default output language regardless of the language of the attached document?
You can request it to give you the answers in a specific language by prompting it that way or by entering a custom prompt in the team settings.
Can I limit the number of questions each client can ask to a chatbot?
Currently, there’s no way to limit the number of questions asked by a client other than by upgrading to an Enterprise plan.
Does the lifetime deal have additional fees after exceeding the monthly limit?
There are no additional fees for the LTD on AppSumo tiers. The limits refresh every 30 days.
Is Humata GDPR compliant and where is my data stored?
Humata is SOC 2 Type II certified and compliant. Our privacy program is informed by standards like ISO 27001 and GDPR. All data is encrypted at rest and in flight.
Will Humata offer the capability to support .md files?
