Absolutely! You can plan content for multiple Instagram accounts with Hopper HQ. Each Social Set you have allows you to add one Instagram account, and you can easily switch between accounts or publish posts to all accounts simultaneously.
Do you have auto-schedule?
Yes, we offer multiple ways to auto-schedule your content, including bulk uploads with automatic scheduling, setting preferred posting times, and using CSV bulk create for custom schedules.
Can I use Instagram Stickers while creating/scheduling Stories?
We can’t add Instagram stickers directly in Hopper HQ due to Instagram’s restrictions, but you can schedule your Story with a reminder and add stickers through the Instagram app when you post it.
Do you allow bulk scheduling out of a CSV file?
Yes, we allow bulk scheduling via CSV. You can batch upload posts and schedule them efficiently with CSV, eliminating the need for individual scheduling.
What is the difference between a social post and a tweet post in Hopper HQ’s plans?
Tweet posts have a separate limit from regular social posts due to Twitter’s API costs. In Tier 1, you get 10 tweet posts per month, and in Tier 3, you get 100 tweet posts.
Can I use Hopper HQ to post on both personal and company LinkedIn pages?
Yes, you can post on both personal and company LinkedIn pages using Hopper HQ, allowing you to manage a comprehensive LinkedIn social strategy.
Do you have a public roadmap where customers can vote on features?
We have a public roadmap at Trello, but it doesn’t include a voting system; however, we monitor feature requests across channels.
Is Hopper HQ considering adding support for platforms like Mastodon and Bluesky?
While not currently on our roadmap, we are considering support for Mastodon and Bluesky, especially with increasing demand from our community.
Is there a WordPress plugin to pull posts from WordPress into socials?
Currently, there’s no direct WordPress integration. However, RSS support is considered, which might help in pulling content from WordPress into Hopper HQ.
Is there a limit to how many posts I can schedule from bulk uploads?
The limit is based on your monthly post limit, not the number of images. Each upload batch counts towards your post allotment, but the number of images uploaded can be large.
Does Hopper HQ support Google My Business and will it be available to AppSumo LTD buyers?
We are planning to include Google My Business support, and it will be available to AppSumo LTD buyers once integrated.
Does Hopper HQ have options for recurring posts?
Recurrence options are in planning stages, but they are not yet available. We aim to support evergreen content features soon.
Can I manage multiple teams or clients with Hopper HQ without additional costs?
Hopper HQ allows you to manage different client accounts through tiers. Multiple teams would require separate plans, but clients can be managed by organizing within the same plan.
Does Hopper HQ have a unified inbox for managing messages from all platforms?
Hopper HQ does not currently have a unified inbox feature, but it’s on our roadmap for future implementation.
