We are 4 months away from becoming HIPAA compliant. We are yet to make a decision on the cost associated with offering a BAA.

When using a template to create a form is it possible to bundle a series of questions on one page so that each question does not have to be asked one at a time?

I already purchased tier 1, how does the upgrade work? Do I pay the difference for the upgrade or do I have to pay the full amount again?

You can upgrade by paying the difference, you can do it for the next 24 hours from the AppSumo product dashboard.

What kind of hosting you use? Where is data located?

We use the best in class hosting with AWS, and we do it primarily based out of the USA.
