At Fox Signals, we prioritize convenience and security for our users. Our app currently supports sign-in via Google or Apple ID, ensuring a seamless and secure login experience. Please log in with your ID to redeem your AppSumo code; without logging in, redemption will not be possible.

Can I trade USDT in the EU?

Given the MICA regulations in the EU, you can use USDC instead of USDT for trading.

Is auto-trading using API supported?

Fox Signals will include a feature allowing users to fill all fields with just one click using a webhook—yes, it’s a work in progress. However, we do not encourage or support auto-trade or copy-trade features and will never implement them. Only authorized brokers and exchanges are permitted to offer such services, and even then, these services are legally restricted in some countries because of their risks.

How do I start trading if I am a beginner?

The suitable initial investment in crypto can vary depending on individual preferences and risk tolerance. It’s always a good idea to start with an amount you feel comfortable with. Our app provides instructions, and you’ll need basic knowledge of setting take profit (TP) and stop loss (SL). Binance tutorials are widely available to help you get started quickly.

Can Fox Signals work with multiple exchanges?

Yes, Fox Signals works with multiple exchanges beyond Binance. Our system supports trading pairs that are tradable on almost all well-known exchanges, making it flexible and versatile for your trading needs.

What should I do if notifications are not working?

You may want to double-check your settings, as TestFlight was successfully tested by over 71 users without any reports of this issue. If needed, feel free to contact our support team on Telegram, and we’ll be happy to assist you and check your settings step by step.

Is Fox Signals usable in the USA?

Most of the trading pairs we share are available on all major crypto exchanges. So, if you don’t have access to Binance, you can still find the same pairs on other platforms without any issues. Almost all trading pairs on Binance are also available on other exchanges, with only a few rare exceptions.

What differentiates the lifetime deal on the website from the one on AppSumo?

Can I invest play money with leverage?

Can I use Fox Signals for spot trading?

Spot signals will be added soon, but our strategy focuses on long positions during bullish markets and short positions during bearish ones. In a market downturn, like the one happening now, we’ve been successfully shorting multiple signals throughout the day, making the chances of generating a spot signal very low.

Can Fox Signals be used with a Bybit account?

Yes, you can use signals on Bybit. Automated features will be implemented soon, we are still in the beta phase, thank you for your understanding.

What is the average risk-to-reward ratio?

The risk-to-reward ratio for our signals varies depending on the trade setup, but we aim for a balanced risk-to-reward ratio that maximizes potential gains while managing risk. Typically, our signals target multiple take-profit levels, giving traders the flexibility to choose their preferred exit point. What happens if I don’t have time to immediately add a signal?

You can place an order at the market price without much concern. The slight variation in price at the time of entering a signal typically results in a minor, harmless difference.

Can I see only crypto trading signals and not stocks?

The service includes both crypto signals and stock signals. If you prefer not to receive notifications for stocks, you can turn off the iOS notifications for stocks.

How is my data secured?

You’re signing in just to read predictions, analytics, and results. We are not a crypto trading platform and don’t keep any data or manage any transaction.

Will future updates be included in the lifetime deal?

While we plan to introduce tiered offers soon, the current offer remains available, and there will be no upsells in the future.
