How good is the database? Does it show data about views, subscribers, and growth trajectories on each platform?

Our data is comprehensive, combining real-time information with our extensive database. Currently, you can see views and subscriber numbers. Adding growth trajectories and more detailed analytics are on our roadmap.

Does the tool generically suggest hashtags, or is that data based towards those with the most engagement?

Our hashtag suggestions blend the most popular tags in your niche with more specific, niche-focused hashtags. We also recommend customizing your search and adding hashtags that perform well for your competitors to enhance your results.

Absolutely. You can select creator’s language and country before your search.

Is there a way to avoid burning through credits quickly?

We don’t use a credit system. Instead, our plans are result-based, meaning you pay for the number of results you get for each search. You can set filters, and if we can’t find enough matches, you won’t get irrelevant results.

Can you specify all metrics included in an influencer report?

The specific metrics available depend on the platform. Typical information includes name, region, email, bio, followers, engagement rate, overall score, etc. Currently, our platform supports exporting all influencer profiles to an Excel spreadsheet. Exporting to a structured PDF is not available at this time.

Is it possible to search multiple social platforms at once?

Currently, users typically have a specific target platform in mind. We’ll consider adding multi-platform searches to our roadmap if we receive a lot of requests.

Can I filter search results to only show those that have an email?

You can sort results by “has email” in your search history. Email filtering and increasing email coverage are top priorities on our roadmap.

Are there plans to include LinkedIn as a supported platform?

Yes, including LinkedIn is on our roadmap! The ETA depends on how many users request it, as we prioritize based on demand.

Can I track who has been contacted and the outcomes?

A campaign management system for tracking contacts and outcomes is on our roadmap. We expect it to be available in about a month.

Can I export influencers’ data including emails?

Yes, with our Tier 3-5 subscriptions, you can export all data including emails for 3,000 to 10,000 results per month, depending on the tier you choose.

Can I filter by country or language?

While we don’t currently have a direct search option for countries, you can filter by location in your search history. You can add keywords or hashtags in your target language when searching.
