Can BrandBay’s storage link be used to host images on a WordPress site?

Technically, you can upload images to BrandBay and use the hosting link to embed them on your WordPress site. However, BrandBay is not designed as a front-end CDN and delivers the full image quality. Consider that this might affect load speeds.

Does BrandBay allow sharing collections with clients?

Currently, you can share individual assets with clients via share links. The feature to share entire collections is under development and expected soon.

Is it possible to change the CNAME for each brand separately?

Currently, BrandBay supports setting up one CNAME for the entire agency account, which applies to all brands under it. Each brand cannot have a separate CNAME.

Can I manage users and restrict which assets they can see or modify?

Yes, BrandBay offers customizable permission settings for users. You can set permissions to manage who can view, edit, or download assets. These permissions can be adjusted per user to fit varied access needs.

Is BrandBay available in any language other than English?

The user interface of BrandBay is currently available only in English. However, we have received feedback for additional language support, and it is something we may consider with community translation help.

Can BrandBay host large video files for client access?

BrandBay can handle large files and does not compress videos, storing the full-quality raw files. Clients and team members can access these files depending on the permissions set.

BrandBay supports asset comments for collaboration, but it does not provide real-time editing like Google Docs. Google Docs can be linked and managed as assets within BrandBay for further integration.

While BrandBay itself implements a robust backup system, the feature for users to download an automatic backup of all data is planned for future development. Current users can download assets individually for manual backup.
