Skarbe only pulls 1-on-1 or thread-based emails with contacts, not your whole inbox. It doesn’t extract newsletters, spam, or internal threads.

Can team members see each other’s emails in SCARBE, or only their own?

When connecting your inbox, you can choose your visibility preference:
Private mode (only you see your emails) or Team mode (emails are visible to your teammates).

If multiple team members sync their Outlook calendars, will separate meetings related to the same opportunity appear in the SCARBE timeline?

Yes, if several teammates meet with the same contact or company, their meetings will show under the same opportunity thread in the timeline.

Can we upload internal knowledge about our service framework to SCARBE?

Not yet, but this is on our roadmap. We’re building a feature to provide text context and upload your own frameworks that Skarbe will use for smarter suggestions.

How can I add my work email with my company’s domain if I don’t use a Gmail address?

Right now, we support Gmail and Outlook accounts. If it’s a custom SMTP/IMAP server, we don’t support that yet, but it’s planned.

Can Skarbe automatically join Google Meet meetings?

Yes, once you connect your calendar (Google or Outlook), the Skarbe bot can automatically join your calls (Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams).

Can Skarbe record the meeting without the assistant showing up on the screen during the call?

Currently, the bot joins visibly to stay transparent and compliant. It doesn’t have the option to record without showing up.

What integrations are available for reviewing calls?

Skarbe records video meetings via Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, providing summaries and AI-suggested next steps.

Does Skarbe work in Spanish?

The interface is currently in English, but transcription and email generation support 100+ languages, including Spanish.

Is there a Gmail Add-on available for Skarbe?

We don’t currently offer a Gmail add-on — Skarbe is a standalone assistant that syncs your emails automatically and suggests actions.

Is Skarbe GDPR compliant and can it sign a DPA?

Yes, our practices are designed to be GDPR-compliant, and we can sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Can Skarbe draft automatic follow-ups if a customer doesn’t reply?

Skarbe drafts follow-ups automatically based on the conversation, but it does not auto-send. You can review, edit, and send with one click.
